This site is Andrea Rega's personal portfolio. Data controller: Andrea Rega, who can be reached at the address at the bottom of the site.
In chapter 01 you can write to an automatic assistant, a demonstration with no identity attached. What you write is only used to generate the reply and is not saved. Don't enter personal data: it isn't needed and we don't ask for it.
The site does not use cookies, but it saves a few preferences only on your device, where they stay: they are not sent to me or to anyone else. They are the fact that the opening terminal has already been seen (it lasts until you close the tab) and, if you open the portfolio app, the tab you chose and the values you change inside it. You can delete them at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
The statistics record actions, never text. In detail: opening or skipping the terminal, chapter reached, percentage of the page scrolled, time on the page, use of the toys (sending a chat message, filling in the sheet, gates opened or closed, a day relived, opening the app), clicks on an external link and reaching the end of the page. The text you write, your voice and any data that identifies you are not recorded.
Today the site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising tools. If they are ever turned on, a consent banner will appear and this page will be updated first.
Andrea Rega uses a private application registered on Meta for Developers (Pipeline creative GP) to create and manage ads on the ad accounts he administers, with his own personal access. The application is not open to the public: only the data controller uses it. It handles only the data of the ad accounts, Pages and Instagram profiles that clients have entrusted to him (campaigns, creatives, results) and does not collect or keep personal data of Facebook or Instagram users. The access credentials stay in the keychain of his computer and are not shared with third parties.
Data deletion. To revoke the application's access, simply remove it from the settings of your Meta account (Settings and privacy → Apps and websites). To ask for the deletion of any data handled through the application, write to the data controller at the address at the bottom of the site: the request is processed within 30 days.
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to the data controller. We don't sell data to anyone.
