01The problem
Checking the night's results means opening a dashboard for every account. And the most important number, leads, is often the least reliable: the platform counts them its own way and adds up different events. The real leads are in the sheet where the client records them one by one.
02How it is used
- At 02:30 the reading starts by itself, every night.
- In the morning you open a single page: one sentence per account, the red and yellow alerts.
- Leads come from the client. Where a sheet is connected, leads and cost per lead are taken from there, not from the dashboard.
- Old data is declared. If the round is skipped one night, after thirty hours the page marks itself as “stale data”.
03How it is built
- Readingspend, results, cost per result and comparison with the previous week, read-only
- Sourceswhere one is connected, the client's sheet takes precedence over the dashboard
- Calculationall the numbers are calculated by the code, covered by 54 automated tests
- Modelit republishes the page and writes three lines of recap; it doesn't read the accounts and doesn't recalculate anything
- Expiryafter thirty hours without an update, the page says so
04Results
A typical round: 10 accounts read out of 10, 5 red alerts and 17 yellow, page published at 02:36. For 7 accounts out of 10 the leads come from the client's sheet instead of the dashboard.
